If you purchase paid Services, you agree to pay the applicable fees and taxes. Pricing and billing terms will be provided at the time of purchase.
Intellectual Property
The Services, including software, designs, and branding, are owned by Pinokio Labs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms or if required for legal or security reasons. You may stop using the Services at any time.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Pinokio Labs is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
